Emmanuel Gourdin is working as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar since the beginning of 2007.

He obtained his law degree in 2003.

He holds an additional degree in economic and social ethics (U.C.L. 2002) and another in development cooperation (U.L.B. 2003).

For a year, he worked for the Regional Ministry of Brussels-Capital where he practised electoral law.

Mainly working for Michel Kaiser and Xavier Leurquin, he is required to work in all fields of constitutional and administrative law.  He specialises in electoral law, civil service law, expropriation, public contracts, public health, educational law and the imigration law.

He also teaches social law at the "Institut Supérieur d'Enseignement Infirmier".

He practises in French and English.
