Arnaud Scheyvaerts

Born in 1981, Arnaud Scheyvaerts is a lawyer at the French Bar Association of Brussels since 2006.
He has been recognized as a specialist in tax law by the French Bar association of Brussels.
He collaborate since 2008 in the office Marlière, Magremanne & Amand.
He graduated in law from the Université Catholique de Louvain. (UCL)
He was awarded a diploma in tax law by the Solvay Business School of Brussels.
He is an expert lawyer in taxation and he collaborate with Jean-Pierre Magremanne and Marc Marlière
As an expert lawyer in taxation, he advises on all aspects of tax law, concerning both direct taxation (taxation of private individuals, companies, non-residents, legal persons) and indirect taxation (VAT, registration duties and inheritance taxes, etc.). He is also a specialist in estate planning. His practice as a tax expert encompasses the field of tax consultancy and tax litigation. In the case of tax litigation, he handles both the administrative proceedings (response to a rectification notification, submission of a claim, negotiations with the tax authorities, etc.) and the legal proceedings.
He is the co-author of the book “Manuel de procedure fiscale” (Anthémis, 2015, 955 pages) and of the book “Le droit fiscal en Belgique” (Anthémis, 2009 to 2015). He is a member of the editorial committee of the “Revue de la fiscalité Régionale et Locale” (Larcier) and the author of various articles on direct taxes and on local and regional taxation for various tax publications. He’s lecturer at the CeFIAD where he’s teaching the procedure in the field of local and regional taxes. He also takes part as a speaker in various conferences in the field of taxation.
