Laurent Collon has been a lawyer at the Brussels Bar since 1990.

He holds a law degree from the Université Libre de Brussels (1989).

He also holds a Master's degree in Tax Management from the Solvay Business School at the same university (1992).

Maître Collon practises law in its civil, commercial and taxation aspects.

He has long experience in the sale of property, leases (commercial, residential, offices), in the law of estate agency, and in the various tax aspects of property dealings.

He provides consultancy (including the drafting of contracts) and handles disputes concerning property law.

Maître Collon is the author of a work entitled “The Laws of Real property and Taxation” (Editions Kluwer), Tax Implications (2001) and a work published by Editions Larcier entitled “The Legal Status of the Estate Agent”.

Maître Collon is the author of numerous articles and has given many lectures on civil and tax law relating to real property.
