Mickaël Dheur

Mickaël Dheur is a lawyer since October 2018 and joined Xirius Public in May 2021.

He holds a master's degree in law from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve.

Durring his internship at the Bar, he worked for one year in a firm specializing in bankruptcy and judicial reorganization.

Subsequently, his practice turned to public procurement law and construction law in general within the firm Horemans & Associés.

As collaborator of Marie Vastmans's team, he practices public procurement law and public contract law in the broad sense.
