Tangui Vandenput

Lawyer - Environment, town planning and energy law; Public, Constitutionnal and Administrative Law Lawyer Xirius

Tangui Vandenput has been recognised by the French Bar Association of Brussels as a specialist in public, constitutional and administrative law, and in planning and environmental law.

He has practised at the Brussels Bar since 1992 and holds a law degree from the Université Catholique de Louvain (1992).

He practises public, constitutional and administrative law in general, specialising in planning and environmental law, company incorporation, municipal taxation, quarries, expropriation, construction and energy.

He is an associate lecturer in environmental law at the Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (E.P.H.E.C.) - College of Higher Commercial Studies.

He is executive editor of the quarterly review “Public administration”, specialising in public, constitutional and administrative law, and assistant editor of Chroniques de Droit Public (Public Law Review).

He participated in the production of the commentary for the new Code Wallon de l'Aménagement du Territoire, de l'Urbanisme et du Patrimoine - CWATUP (Walloon Code of Town and Country Planning).

He performs various roles in community affairs.

He practises in French and English.
