Thomas Hazard joined Xirius in October 2016.
He graduated from Université Libre de Bruxelles and obtained a Master’s Degree in Law, followed by a certification in insurance law from Université Catholique de Louvain.
Before joining to the Bar, he worked for two years as a legal advisor in the real estate sector.
Thomas Hazard supports the work of Dominique Vermer in several fields, such as public law, constitutional and administrative law and, in particular urban planning law, environmental and energy laws. He also works on the field of administrative tax law (municipal, provincial and regional taxes).
