A contemporary form of complementary centres of excellence

Procedures can’t solve all problems. In a dispute, a judge can indeed only rule in law. However, some issues require more than only a legal response.

In these cases, it is often best to seek a negotiated solution, sometimes even before the dispute really starts.

Mediation is an alternative means of dispute resolution whereby the parties, with the assistance of a neutral, independent and impartial third party (the mediator), seek in a voluntary and confidential way, to find constructive, balanced and lasting solutions to their problems.

Mediation is generally more constructive, faster and less expensive than a procedure. It leads to a solution in +/- 80% of the cases.

We can assist you both as (certified) mediator and as counsel in mediation, in civil and commercial litigation, as well as in disputes with the public authorities.
